Scheduled to debut in 2011, The Lofts on Ludington will provide a premier living experience in Delta County, offering the newest amenities and features in a contemporary loft setting on Ludington Street in downtown Escanaba. The Lofts on Ludington will feature 15 luxury loft apartments, each with a unique floor plan based on the building's rich architectural elements and complimented with modern design aesthetics.
Built in 1900 for the Richter Brewing Company, the building located at 1615 Ludington Street is known to many as the historic Delta Building and is one of only five historic brewery buildings still remaining in the entire state.
The goal of the development is to breathe new life into downtown Escanaba 
through the renovation and rejuvenation of this landmark.
On Friday, August 21, we were delighted to share our vision and dream for The Lofts On Ludington with Governor Jennifer Granholm. It was an honor and pleasure to take her on a tour of our historic building and we appreciate her time as well as her enthusiasm for our labor of love.
